Title: shoulder stabilisation surgery

Has any1 had this? Does full range of motion evet return? Should I even be tryin to get it back??

Anterior or posterior stabilisation can you remember?

3 months rehab minimum you're looking at. Anterior has better prognosis that posterior so not a bad start. Good info on the post op exercises there. No reason why you won't get back. Where you get it done, Santry?, Beacon?

The exercises will be progressed on from there by your Physio, only has a limited number on that website.
