a dramatic legal result today-- the banks have to own up if they miss sold you mortgage insurance :D ball park figure its going to cost them around 4.5 billion :o
the bad news is that they'll probably pass the cost on to us via some sneeky bank charge also we own the biggest part of them so joe taxpayer gets it in the neck again ::)
