Title: Irish Times Sports Coverage
Post by: magickingdom on April 18, 2010, 09:14:00 PM
imo the times sports is gone to hell, todays magners league match between connaght and munster leads its online sports coverage. this is a fixture that connaght have won once in the last 32 meetings (get that) and had an attendance of about 2,500. why is this the top sports story?

feck all about the last round of hurling league matches and a bit on the arsenal game which i would have had no problem with had it led as it ended arsenals league hopes.

the indo is a rag so where do i go?

The indo really gets on my tits, I live an hour from Dublin yet every Sunday the edition we get has no report or even a fecking scoreline from the late Saturday Premiership match which finishes at 7.30. How is that possible in this day and age??? The so called "English" papers all manage to do so.

In response to the original poster, I still like The Times sports pullout on a Monday, lots of quality and variety in it
