I was driving thru Belfast today and saw 2 Firemen on white bikes with "FIRE" printed in red on the frame, a bit like the PSNI you see on bikes. Whats that about?

It's probably another pseudo-green initiative. Like Cameron and our Green Party ~~flakes~~ ministers going around on bikes with the ministerial car out of shot, you'll find there's a big fire engine coming behind carrying the ladders, hoses, etc.

Its easier for them to dodge stones, bricks, missiles etc when on the bikes. :-[
