I've a friend who acted as physio for St Bridgid's senior team a couple of years back but if that's the Naomh Brid that you're from, you prob know her.  Based in Northside though.

Have used Matt Mulvany in Castleknock a few times for my back.
He's an Acupuncturist and covers the sports injurys. Found it very good.
Think half of Cavan has been there!

Priory Clinic in Stillorgin beside the Stillorgin Park is a Physical Therapy practice and is very good with sports injuries. There is a number of therapists so I think it is good for getting a quick appointment
Think they actually worked with the Aussie rules team when they were in Ireland.

leinster rugby physio james allen is probably the best around certainly in Dublin- although i don't know how many private patients he sees these days with his rugby commitments. Kelly specialises in deep friction massage i think- he isn't a chartered physio so to speak.

Mark Smyth is very good. Matt isn't the best to be honest.

He has recently moved to the Clonsilla Road from Castleknock Village.

Friction would be a pretty standard treatment and very beneficial for a lot of injuries. Is pretty painful though :'(
