Does anyone have fixtures for this years Walsh Cup? When does it start?

2007 WALSH CUP DRAW -

Prelim round, Jan 21: (1) Laois v Down

Quarter-finals, Jan 28: (2) 1 v Dublin; (3) Wexford v Antrim; (4) Westmeath v Offaly; (5) Kilkenny v UCD

Semi-finals, Feb 4: 2 v 3; 4 v 5

Final, Feb 10: 2/3 v 4/5

Very early for hurling but I suppose its better than just training. It'll give the lads a chance to stretch their limbs at least.

It should all be competitive enough apart from kilkenny, depending on what sort of team they put out. Laois v Down should be good as should the winners v Dublin. Westmeath could give Offaly a right rattle.

I agree. All the games bar Kilkenny/UCD should be tight. Lets hope they get desent weather.

Down could really struggle this year.  Gary savage has just retired and Paul Branniff has unfortunately suffered another cruciate injury.  Big players , big miss

Sorry to hear that. That will be a massive blow considering An Dún are Div 1 hurling this year.
