Results of the Belfast telegraph predict the score competition are in.
After weeks of blowing about what he was going to do with the £3000, our very own Tony Fearon got beat by one point.
If only he would have predicted a tyrone win of any kind, he would of won.
A real sickener for him.  My heart bleads  ;D

Well done, Tony. You fought a great fight. [What do you win?/b]

A signed Tyrone shirt  ;)

Soul destroying, gutted everything under the sun. Actually I had more correct predictions overall than the winner, but when your opponent gets 20 points as a result of Kerry blowing an 8 point lead in three minutes and drawing with Cork, and Tyrone win an All Ireland Final by four points (if they'd won by one or two I'd have been ok) in a game that had draw or a narrow win for either side written all over it with five minutes to go, you know your luck is right out.

I opted hesitantly for a Kerry win more in hope than in confidence on the basis that there hunger would have been greater after losing twice to Tyrone, but it wasn't to be.

My congratulations to the winner, an Armagh man (or woman) no doubt.

 :D Quality.

Poetic justice that Tyrone fecked it up for you Tony ;)

Wasn't Tyrone that fecked it up, it was Kerry, twice!

Suppose I asked for it! Tyrone let me down twice against Down in the competition as well ;)
