Is there a website or any way of checking what the technicalities are from players getting red cards rescinded after appeals etc?

DRA has its own website where you can go through all past judgements but as 86 said, give Fergal a call !  ;)

guy i work with is up tonite in front of the county board appealing his 3month suspension,

were it states the county sec has to sign, its signed by the county treasurer, is this a technicality?

In the past he would have got off but now-a-days they can send it back to the County Board to be corrected.
