An Unbelievable night,! Guest Speaker was Joe Brolly, over 500 people attended, great DVD presentation, unreal auction items including a signed U2 Guitar which was sold  for £31,000- If this is anything to go by then Corporate Dinners are far from dead!

Curious to hear how you put your DVD together.
And where did you source the guitar from?
Owen Roe O'Neills GAC, Leckpatrick, Tyrone

The Club had a group of lads who organised the dinner with two members taking the lead, they put together the DVD which was a mix of photos and old footage, it was excellent, The guitar from what I am told was sources through a member of the committee who had a contact. I think it would be difficult to source anything else.

Where can this dvd be purchased from?
Pull hard and early

think the U2 guitar story runs like this...a member of the Faughanvale club is a kitchen fitter and installed the Edge's kitchen last year. The axeman was so impressed with the kitchen fitting, he gave the kitchen fitter a signed guitar and the kitchen fitter donated the guitar to the auction, good work fella

They're only good if you haven't done or two of them in the recent past - any club that is going with one for the first time stands a chance. Auction items making £31k are a bit of a rarity at the moment.

Was manager supreme Nell McCafferty there?
