Opening A File!

Could Anyone tell me how to view a file that has .ai at the end of it. I do not have a adobe illustrator and when I try to download it I get blocked because I am at work. This is for all computer experts (or anyone smarter than me)

sorry couldnt help it, the only possiblility is that adobe have a viewer software avaialble but if you cant download it, I dont know what you can do
