Vodafone access ...

Hi .. I'm on this 3mgb vodafone wireless access and the thing is a mouse type thing attached to my laptop.................... no matter how much I stay on the net - or what I download - the usage still stays at zero... behind me on an old warehouse there is a load of mobile antennas ... am I bleeding into this??? thus getting free access...
