Are there such a thing? I mean mainly for Committee positions, and not necessarily anything official but something that would be useful for a novice?

Chair, Vice-Chair
Secretary, Assistant Secretary
Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer
Registrar

There was book published about 5 years ago by the GAA outlining the roles and responsibilities of all these positions - Croke Park should have it on file  -

But it may need revision to include the remuneration............
