Are you sure??? Wouldnt that be the ultimate disaster - walkin around with a tattoo wishing everyone a happy new year. I had a korean gentleman tell me once that a tattoo I have that I thought stood for music, actually was some reference to the ming dynasty. Mind you he was well oiled when he told me that.
