See to-day's Irish News, Rev David Firth, rector of Wolverhampton, said

"I believe Derek to be an unsung here of peace and reconciliation... the story of his off the field work to put together an All Ireland football team ought not to be lost among the tales of his on field prowess"

I note that there was no official IFA representation at the funeral, not even Jim (mouth bigger than my head and I'm not sectarian) Boyce, who has plenty of time on his hands. Ah well, these pygmies would have been out of place amid football giants who did attend, like Jennings, O'Neill, Gordon Taylor etc. Also loved the coffin in Wolves colours with badge. I want one of those, with Spurs colours and badge, when I shuffle off this mortal coil

Main Street

In your epitaph, I think the word unsung could be used without any furthur addendum :)
