So Football, Hurling, Camogie, Handball & Rounders are all official GAA sports.  How come road bowls isn't even tho its only played in a few counties?  As it's unique to these shores shouldn't the Cumann Luthcleas Gael be promoting it?

Yeah - I think every county should have 5 or 6 dozen people on various roads at anyone time on a Sunday - looking at you as if you have f**king 10 heads for daring to drive your car on a public road; or better still standing in a f**king trance so you have to move to the other side of the road to get past them!

Edit: instead of Cumann Luthcleas Gael promoting it shouldn't the NIPS be lifting these people for jaywalking!

IDEA.
Why not have an M50 based league, its easy to get the game started and finished while the traffic sits still in rush hours.

Rounders is played in England with slightly different rules . It is thought that cricket evolved from rounders and that baseball evolved for rounders also

Now darts lets make it a gaa sport ,then we can have genuine internationals without tho thugery.

it is not unique to these shores, it is played in germany and has been for many decades.

Road bowls is a fantastic game altogether and it is great craic to go watch the boys out by Lurgyvallen there play for big money, they are incredible road bowlers but they are a wee bit too much into the gambling, there are thousands of pounds exchanged every Sunday.
Armagh, the one true love of a mans life.
