Lads, How much would you expect to pay for a pint in your local. Say a pint of smithwicks for example. Just want to compare it to my own local down in mayo

I paid £4 for a pint in Omagh last Saturday. Wasn't impressed.

Out of curiosity, a pint of what? I'll assume it was one of the newest bars in the town, I don't think anywhere else would have the cheek to charge that.

For a draught pint of ordinary strength beer? Is that seriously what the place was charging or were you feeling especially generous?
