1 part elder flower cordial ( or st germaine liqueur if you like)
1 part pure apple juice

Mix in a shaker with crushed ice and pour in to a glass owith crushed ice.

What is a 'dash' of salt? I've heard of a pinch of salt, and a dash of juice or whatever, but never a dash of salt?

That's because gin is f**king amazing. I'm a whiskey drinker but when I was about 20i started drinking G&T on nights out as it was far more refreshing in bars and nightclubs. They're the only two spirits I'd drink really.
