The exact same squad and starting XV as last week, I somehow doubt we'll start like that.

Mickey O'Neill, Monroe, Sludden and Conall McCann and in for Morgan, Tierney, Rory Brennan and Kieran McGeary.

I would be assuming Mattie will go to 6 and Richie will revert to midfield with Sludden at wing forward. Not a big fan of Mattie at 6, think it takes away a lot of his best qualities. Good chance for Monroe today to see if he's up to it.

Hardy

Four points behind at half time, for a change.

That's more like it.

Now for another second half collapse?

Fuzzman

You would expect so
We like an exciting finish so expect Meath to draw level with 10 mins left
Boom!!

Hardy

Ah well, that didn't work either.

Full time:
Meath 1-11
Tyrone 1-17

Lamh Dhearg Alba

With Galway and Cavan still to meet I think Tyrone are now sure of promotion?

Il Bomber Destro

O'Neill seems to be flying at the minute which is good to see. From listening to the commentary, the likes of HP McGeary, Sludden and Monroe seemed to play very well.

Yeh. Tyrone are up.

Ronan o neill and conor myeler could be out for a while after picking up injuries in the second half along with ronan mcnamee in the first half. O Neills especially looked bad. The pitch in navan was like a beach with the amount of sand and looked really hard.

Hopefully O'Neill's isn't too bad as he finally seems to be getting into a run of form.

Did O'Neill's look like a hamstring or what? Be a real shame if be he was out for a while just as he's finding form, especially with skeet not doing much scoring so far this year and mccurry not featuring too much

O'neills looked like a back injruyor glute or something but looked fairly twisted coming off. meyler hamstring, ronys looked most serious with ankle injury

Fear ón Srath Bán

Good day in Navan for us, the injuries notwithstanding -- was impressed by our ability to a) contain a lively Meath attack, and b) step up our own positive and fruitful attacking.

Better leave it at that, otherwise there's a serious chance that I could gloat, and we can't be having that! ;)
