Haven't been in naval in 15yrs. They couldn't still have the grass banks behind the goals.

armaghniac

Of course there are no grass banks on the Boyne nowadays. There are some foliated slopes though behind the goals.
If at first you don't succeed, then goto Plan B

The Board should commission a study to investigate the links between the M3 motorway and the decline of Meath football. Second half collapses were first mentioned in Leabhar Dún Scórain  (546 AD) in connection with the Tuatha de Danann.. The famous druid Ban Tí had magical powers in Fearnaí but was killed by the weight of public expectation. Tara was subsequently sacked by hordes of marauding Ulster men.

If you were any use you'd be playing.

Where did all the Aidy McCrory haters go to?

I am still here.  But wouldn't use the word hate.  Just don't think he is good enough.  Scoring a goal against a very poor Derry team won't change my mind.

Fair paly to him for getting the goal s I have been critical of him too in the past.

However I think he should be took to one side and told that when a corner back scores a goal its mandatory to celebrate or at least smile!!!

Div 2 football has perhaps come at the right time for this young Tyrone team. I think it's giving the younger U21 lads from last year a chance to lay claim to a place whereas nearly every game in Div 1 is dog eat dog as Down are fast finding out.

Mickey has played a lot of lads this year and rotated players a good bit. It would be hard to pick your best 15 at the moment with so many players coming in and impressing. Last year I thought McShane would have been more of a regular by now than say Meyler or Bradley but he looks a bit raw when he plays.
I hope we persist with Ronan O'Neill taking frees or at least one person rather than this plan of different players try one and then another try one. All of the top teams have one player who hits frees and if it's a tough angle or too far out I'd rather we take it short or keep possession rather than hitting it wide or worse into the keepers hands.

I hope we don't be playing Derry in the league final on 24th April.

The exact same squad and starting XV as last week, I somehow doubt we'll start like that.

ONeill

What's the story with McCurry? I find it hard to believe he won't start in the championship.

Tyrone have been good so far but I bet they'll flop in Ulster when the ground is harder
