E25m for pad in Dalkey

i know albert reynolds just sold his house for E15m but theres one in the irish times today for E25m. got all of an acre and a half with it. anyone going to view.... ;D

Albert's is just up for auction - not sold yet - seriously it's time that gains on profits of this size were taxed.  The guy paid 1.5M for the dalkey pad, 14/15 yrs ago - that's approx 23M profit!!
Any coincidence that there seem to be quite a few of these trophy pads up for sale at the moment??

Well I just put a small ad in the Times to sell my pad in Dalkey and all these commoners go online and start complaining about it, riff raff :P
