End of Season 8 will see Ned Stark walking out of the room with a Bucket with hole's in it hanging from the rafters with water been poured into it by a old servant woman and saying "Ive just have the weirdest fecking dream ever" as he rubs his neck.

I read the books a couple of years back and it's clear from reading them that the author had intended Jon Snow's mother and Ned stark's brother who disappeared north of the wall to play some future role. There was also the youngest Stark who went into hiding with the wildling girl. Caitlin wasn't actually dead either and the other lad became part of a tree?? I suppose the series and the books don't match at this point however so there's no guarantee that Martin's vision will match HBOs.
