Derry win by 3, Cavan fought bravely in the second half. Denied the most blatant penalty I think I have every seen when David Brady was taken down in the square.
1 minute injury time when there should have been at least 4.
But we can't complain too much, Derry were still the better side. Well done to them.

I think so QM. No real idea how good/bad Longford are but I think Kildare made light work of them.

Galway 3-1 up after 22 mins.
Galway totally dominant in general play but 8 bad wides with the breeze.
Could come back to haunt them yet we'll see

Galway kicking it away. 9 wides, hit woodwork twice and missed a few goal chances as well. Bad error from Galway keeper for Sligo goal.

Yep lots of possession but option taking up front has been unbelievably bad.
Conor Marsden taken off early in second half.
A serious talent but certainly not his day today.
3 in it again now.
Looking like it will be Kerry next for us the way this game has been going so far

FT Galway 0-7 Sligo 1-4.
Galway had about 70-80% of the ball but kicked wide after wide.
Free taking was shockingly bad.
Draw probably a fair result as Sligo looked no great shakes either

Poor game ended in a tie. Terrible perfornance from Sligo management team. I will say no more except that we were lucky to survive but at least we get another crack at it. Galway will rue their missed chances.
We need our best players on the field we had a chance to win our first final in 47 years and we blew it.
