Will big Joe take a leave from Pellegrinis book and drop under performing goal keeper?

What was happening in the middle of the stand end first half?

Was he in the book?

Cross' are missing two players that would be of interest to most intercounty managers in the country, Kernan and Clarke, a solid intercounty player Morgan and a couple more besides. Yet Boyelsports has them at 11/8 to win 3 games to win Ulster. Not a great value bet!

It's there for Kilcoo. Last time Cross were took to a replay they smashed Garrycastle to pieces in a one-way match but they had their full deck then.

This is the time of the year experience usually tells so this replay is looking very interesting.

Cross are a completely different animal this year from the team that beat us last year. That price is poor.

Price is poor and team is different but write them off at your peril. A certain Mr Clarke could be around IF they got over Kilcoo on Sunday, which is very possible. Kilcoo played out of their skin and only got a draw after extra time, and arguably should have been beaten in extra time!

With the absentees before last week and the likely further absentees this week it is Kilcoo's to lose and I am not playing silly buggers.  Lump your money on a Glenswilly Balinderry final with Ballinderry to win her outright.

The Cross goal was fortuitous and Kilcoo missed a sitting goal in extra time. Even if Cross get over Kilcoo another week is not going to make much difference to the selection, although apparently they may be playing Ballinderry in Newry if that comes about.

Kilcoo got two fortuitous goals and still did not win - first was a square ball and second a keeper mistake. But how Cross still manage to be there with so many top players missing is a credit to them.

Unbelievable that Cross salvaged a draw considering the amount of absentees they have.  Shame really, at full strength they could go all the way again.

The reason Cross are there with so many top players missing is simply because they also STILL have so many top players available to them. Cross have a depth of talent that no other team around can lay claim to (well certainly not outside Dublin clubs). Yes it is a weaker Cross side than their best 15 but Kilcoo will still have achieved a lot if they are still in the championship by Sunday evening.

I am hoping Kilcoo can do it and go on to represent Down. Does anyone know if Kilcoo will be fully fit or if the players that took knock are out?

Looks like both A Devlin and J Johnston are both extremely doubtful which surely will swing tie to Cross. It is unbelievable that a club team can miss the players they are missing and still be competing at the highest level but also it has to be said it is also a credit to a club the size of Kilcoo's to be doing the same.
On the match hopefully it will be as good last week both teams lived on the edge with late hits and off the ball stuff which could have spilled over but was well handled by Cassidy. Ballinderry will be happiest watching the 2 teams battle it out, whoever gets through will have to recover quickly to play them.

To be fair The Cross goal came from a bad defensive mistake and Kilcoo also missed a 2 on 1 chance in extra time, very little between teams and hopefully a tight game again in store in the Athletic grounds.

Will Ballinderry give the winners of the Cross / Kilcoo tie a real game? Hears they were poor against Scotstown, although they look very impressive on paper.

Glenswilly must be quietly fancying their chances of winning this outright too if all the heavyweights wear each other out...

No matter who comes out of Sunday's game will have to play 3 weeks in a row on heavy pitches so would say Ballinderry will give whoever a game. Scotstown are no bad team so it was a good win for them and as you say they do look good on paper.
