Dreambox / Skybox

Has anybody any dealings with this carry on?  Sky bill soon adds up, so I was looking into this setup.

Obviously without going into too much detail to flag anything up.

Just wondering what are the different options available with regards types of boxes.  Doing some research, and came across different types - twin tuners, HD, 3D, recordable.

Then there is a subscription to signup to that will allow certain channels, and depending on what dish you have - you may get several european channels also.

Any info or experiences would be helpful.  Done a search, and the last time I seen it mentioned was quite a few years back, maybe by Laoislad and heffo.
