2 Sligo defenders booked now for fouls on Conroy. He's a big man, awkward for defenders, but he goes down too theatrically.

At lease one of those yellow cards (Martyn) wasn't even a foul. Sligo made a few silly mistakes early on but Deegan giving a lot of soft ones. I hope we get them this half.

Sligo might be happy enough to be only 4 down after playing against the wind in the Tunnel.
Had to laugh at Maughtan on radio complaining about Sligo's slow sideways passing style  :o

Eh? Why is that?

Only getting the radio 1 commentary - no video. How does that work?

Go to http://www.rte.ie/sport/player/#!/live/3/

Scroll down past the main 'screen' and there are a few options - second of them is 'The Saturday Game Live'. That should get you the video.

I presume you're trying to wind me up  ;) but just in case every team Maughtan managed played slow sideways brain dead football.

And by 'every team', you mean Roscommon.
Mayo 2004 had their faults, but slow sideways football wasn't one of them.

Level pegging. Now we'll see if this is a different Galway. Joyce will be on very soon I'd say.

Decent crowd by looks of it. The Galway folk must think this team has potential.
