McDonald is Gone since 2007. Nallen is gone really since 2008, His last appearance for the county was in May 2009 where he came on as a substitute against New York in the first round of the Connacht championship. Heaney last championship game was in 2009. Three to five years is a long time in Football. Unlike Mortimers retirement, this has not landed on Mayo Management in the last couple of months. I don't understand why you bring up about replacing them?
