I know there's been drama like this before, up and down the country and beyond in the GAA, but it's hard to think of anything that could beat it for drama, intensity and excitement - see here the last 5 mins of the 2009 Tyrone SFC Final : http://tinyurl.com/6cn6rtk and here http://tinyurl.com/6byf3ud

Ciaran McDonald drills a wonder goal from a free through nearly the entire Ballaghadereen team to get a draw in the Mayo Club Final a few years back. It was the last kick of the game between Ballagh and Crossmollina

this was certainly one of the most exciting finishes to a game i've ever seen, particularly because dromore looked dead & buried a few minutes earlier.

What about Karl Mannion in the Connacht final against Corofin a few years back. Over 2 mins into injury time, and 2 points down, he scores an unbelievable winner from outside the penalty area into top corner  :o

Slight question mark over the number of steps he took though  :D

Some goal to win a Connacht title alright & they don't do it the easy way also needed a last minute goal last year.

Seems it was McDonald's kick but Peader Gardiners fist that directed it in. Shows how the details can be lost in your brain over time. Seems it was the County Final of 2006.

Crossmollina come back was with 14 men.

THE most dramatic I've ever been to wasn't even a championship match. It was the league final of 2003, played the Sunday before Christmas. Knockmore 2 pts down, big high free by O'Neill, landed on top of D Dempsey who knocked it down to Munnelly. Bang a goal. Last kick of the game. Oh Christ I'm smiling as I write this! :D

True and the Ardboe no. 6 doing everything to wind him up. The ref has to push him away a few times at the end. Bad auld shite.

to be even fairer Mannion is grabbing his arm after he sticks it in to tackle ending up with the Corofin lad losing balance
