A new father Ted? Sure it total rubbish like everything o Carroll does.

Got huge viewing figures on RTE watched one or two myself didn't find it funny

If it's received well in England it would be the opposite of Father ted as that was first shown in England.
The key to success is to be consistently competitive -- if you bang on the door often it will open

My parents giggled and giggled through it.

I thought it was rubbish, on a par with Give My Head Peace.

May I echo the above sentiments 1 million per cent.

Will be interesting to see how it is received in Britain.

Massive on RTE like Kilnaskully was but I never say the attraction in either. Must be a comedy snob.

At least Pat Short is a likeable fella. Something really annoying about Brendan O'Carroll.

It's funny that 2FM were playing this 20 years ago and all of a sudden RTE1 decide to commission a series of it.

It's brutal shite and he's a bigger tossed than Brendan Grace and that Byrne w**ker put together
Excuse me for talking while you're trying to interrupt me

It is being shown in England ,but an hour earlier than here. Some of you guys should lighten up, have you never met an Irish mother like that? You all probably like the Savage eye which is real rubbish, ;D
