A lot of lads down here with Audis and Golfs are putting "pretend" German plates on their cars. The plates have the letter "D" instead of the "IRL", also theycome fitted with a German garage surround and the tax/ excise badges fitted. I must be getting old!

I ve seen a lot of those plates around, quite a few BMWs have them also. Doubt they are legal, font can be hard to read. Maybe the cameras on the M50 cant read them?
I'm gonna show you as gently as I can how much you don't know.

STREET FIGHTER

I dont personally like them.

But its quite easy.

If you like them buy one.

If you dont like them dont buy one.

Each to there own.

If everyone had the same opinion life would be a bit shit.

dillinger

Seen plate in Scotland EL SID, i used to have one RIA 84, guy called to the door and bought it. Seems he had a contect in the DVLA that told him about these plates and gave him the address.
