Offaly win in it with late point.
Rory Guinan with the winner.
Referee not too popular with Louth.

Waterford 0-15 Clare 0-12

Double Cross

It looked like Louth had salvaged a draw. Division 3 is wide open again, but Louth may rue that result today. The 3 week break did Down or Louth no favours.

Bud Wiser

Kilkenny are going to need a few more games before they take on the Dubs or Kerry or Tyrone.
" Laois ? You can't drink pints of Guinness and talk sh*te in a pub, and play football the next day"

But their hurlers probably could. Beat Galway 1-20 to 0-12.

its football ffs how can anyone consistently be that bad ::)

Onlooker

Tipperary 1-11; Limerick 1-10.  Back to back away wins for Tipp against Cavan and Limerick and great to see the good under age players of the last couple of years producing the goods at senior level.  Div. 3 is really wide open with only 2 points covering the 8 teams.

Lone Shark

Re OY vs Louth - Referee was very random today. Neither of his yellow cards were justified, and the one time a player was actually pulled down with a clear goalscoring opportunity, (the exact type of thing the card was designed for) he just showed a black.

Regarding the time, Louth might feel annoyed, but in fairness their goal came in the fourth minute of the three allowed as well - so if the game was stopped on the dot of 38, it would have been an Offaly win by a goal. There should have been a lot more injury time in the first half as well.

Quare dumb of the Louth corner back to foul Reynolds as well - Shaper was clearly looking for the free and that lad barrelling in with a considerable lack of subtlety made it very easy for the ref to give it.
