Camping the night before is great craic - a few farmers let people camp for a nominal fee

Did you get anywhere sorted to stay for this? I don't want to have to get a bus up and down but all the hotels seem to be booked out - I've tried Slane, Navan, Trim, Kells, etc... I've started looking at B&Bs as well but the closest one I can find that has any room available is outside Kells - does anyone think I'd have a chance of getting a B&B closer to Navan? Any ideas?

Did you try the Marriott in Ashbourne or the Ashbourne House Hotel or even the Snailbox? - not that far from Slane really

Thanks Declan - perfect. Got booked into the Marriott and they said they should be running a bus back to the hotel after.

I'm well chuffed. Elbow were fantastic in the O2 on Thursday night.

Also I'm looking for one extra ticket to this if anyone knows of one.

Wouldnt say I'm overly impressed with that support. Was looking forward to the foo fighters

Dont know much about the other acts apart from thin lizzy. Time to start downloading some albums I reckon. Anybody know these bands well and recommend some albums?

Raging always been a fan of KOL but wasn't sure if i wanted to actually go see them but foo fighters where the clincher always wanted to see them live! GUTTED!
