I dont drink it, but these crazy warnings are incredibly stupid, and just show you how stupid most of the population really is.

For example - there is little toxicity to taking huge amounts of B12!

Send this back to whoever sent it to you with a note saying *Dont send me stupid shit anymore* and a picture of a carebear.

I occassionally drink a can if i'm feeling a bit groggy before a match...On a night out I wouldn't think twice about horsing buckets of it down me with jageremeister, could drink it again the morning after! No real ill-effects though I can't imagine their being too many positives associated with drinking it!

In fairness there is some science behind not mixing it with alcohol at least as red bull is a stimulant and alcohol is a depressant, taking them together can screw up your heart rate amongst other things apparently.

The stuff about glucuronolactone is also complete fantasy. You'd be hard pressed to find a single accurate statement in that piece.

Just got this one today myself. AFS and Erne are both correct. This is part true but also part Urban Myth. Mixing Red Bull with Alcohol is quite dangerous just ask someone who works in A&E somewhere.
