Club Loans/Mortgages

Guys I'm waiting on an official answer on this but in the meantime do any of you have any experience in a club getting loans/mortgages and so on?  I presume if it's a sizeable amount the county board has to give permission and the trustees would have to sign any applications etc?

Surely a treasurer should know all that, treasurer?

Depending on the amount involved you may need permission from Provincial Council as well as Croke Park if the amount being borrowed is high enough.
