Does anywhere know the best place you could go to?  The NHS is fooking me about!

wore the feckers for a year, specially made buggers that ruined my feet. Get a second opinion before you go throwing the money around My feet will never recover from the damage

Does anywhere know the best place you could go to?  The NHS is fooking me about!

I wear orthotics in runners and shoes I wear during the day. For fallen arches and feet as flat as a duck.
I was getting bad shin splints last year but they cleared up in no time with the orthotics.

Get them from a physio therapist. The bigger physio company's will measure you up and have them specially made.
I see a few specialised runner shops are doing them too...

Whats the problem with the feet anyway?
