But it's effectively the Munster final. Or at least that's what Ticketmaster think or have been told.

No reason for you to keep the title of the thread as 'the Munster final', it's a semi final and the lack of Munster posters on this board is the only reason this thread hasn't already 4 pages of abuse.

Only going by the title on Tickemaster. 4 pages only of abuse ???

Zulu

Well if it was done for the Derry Monaghan game we'd have 444 pages of abuse already :D.

At least - there might even have been a new record set.

Bump!

Lurking way down on page 5, you'd swear this was a backwater sideshow or something  ;)
Carlsberg don't do Gombeenocracies, but by jaysus if they did...

Not our fault they formed their own break away republic down there.
Anyway, long story short... is a phrase whose origins are complicated and rambling.

Would be great to see Kerry lose and face a wee trip to Armagh or Monaghan on a rainy Saturday instead
of their usual coast into August.

I agree, it's idiotic at best to say it's the final.  It might effectively answer who wins Munster but it's only a semi

Should be a good game. More important than recent meetings in the Munster Final as the losers here will have 3 rounds to negotiate to get to an All Ireland Quarter Final - this could involve beating the likes of Monaghan,Arnagh,Tyrone/Derry,Dublin/Meath etc.  Limerick will stand between the winners and a place in the Quarter Final. The fact that seeding was removed in Munster (joke this was allowed as it gave Kerry and Cork effectively a last 12 place in All Ireland each year) means a far more meaningful game. Should be a real super Sunday of gaa action with the clash of Dublin and Meath on to. As well as Fermanagh Cavan on Saturday evening.

3 rounds is still less than any team out of Ulster has to manage.
