Good man Capt Pat, on the spot. Absolutely made up watching that, delighted with a result. Couldn't understand the cockiness on of the united posts and I beleive their own cockiness that they are the best team on planet, not even close I'm afraid. Couldn't beleive Ronney had the towel thrown in with 10 to go, turned his back at one stage and strolled back after a Barca jersey.

Also they showed their true class in the stadium, their end was practically empty when Puyol lifted the cup/. Classless shower.

Fair play Gab, Utd are sickening hoors sometimes but they still have won the PL 3 in a row, not a bad team by any stretch but outclassed tonight.

Was surprised at this too, he is the last man you would expect that of. Something was amiss. The incidient was about the 86th minute and he just let Puyol stride past, luckily Puyol checked.

Didn't see the first half - but United were outclassed for the whole second half bar maybe a 10 minute spell either side of 60 minutes in.

United fans can't have too many complaints - beaten by a better team on the night. What was with Ferguson's team selection though? Bizarre to say the least.

Never thought I'd say this - but United badly missed Fletcher in the middle tonight

I'm delighted Liverpool fans can take solace from their team not making the final. As for Utd, they didn't play well tonight and that's what it all boils down to. Barca totally deserved it fair play to them.
