TSB Mortgage Interest rate

anyone here with a home loan with TSB? mine is there and the rate is 4.5% (not a tracker unfortunately) and i'm wondering if anyone here has a better non tracker variable rate with them..

I have my Mortgage with them. I work for them but am on a two year career break. I got lucky and went into a two year fixed just before all the rate increases and then went with .95% over ecb for the lifetime of the mortgage. 2.95 at the moment. They have discont. this rate. If you had a valuation done on your house i think in the last 3 years depending on the ltv you can get  lower rates or you could a year ago not sure  at the moment. There website is pretty good all info. you need should be on that. If not ring your branch ask them if they are not helpful ring another branch and say you are looking at buying and they will meet you any time then just ask about the rates.
