INDIANA

dublin's 3rd string, if offaly can't beat dublin by 10 points today. you're in big trouble lads.

AZOffaly

We are in big trouble regardless INDIANA. However, that is a bit experimental from Offaly as well.

Mulhall in goals is new, as is McManus at full back. Flannery is new, Joe Quinn is inexperienced, as is Matt Mitchell, and Carroll at centrefield.

INDIANA

decent enough offaly team mate. funny enough there are a few guys on the dublin team who are better than the lads in la manga. strange one. thats a good offaly full forward line, should be enough to see you home by 5/6 anyway.

Matt Mitchell is good hard honest player, dont think he will let you's down!

Our Nail Loney

Offaly were the favourites in the betting for this one, Dublin were 11/10

Lone Shark

Matt Mitchell was one of the few bright spots in this game - otherwise it was bleak, bleak, bleak.

I wouldn't say it was full strength Offaly in the sense that Ger Rafferty at wing forward and Ciarán McManus at full back might as well have been debutants such was their unfamiliarity with their environment, but that doesn't excuse how poor we were today.

The full forward line didn't score between the three of them - unfortunately Coughlan and Deehan haven't developed a yard in the past two years.

Hard to see beyond Down at 11/4 and Limerick at 9/2 for division 3 of the league right now.

INDIANA

good performance by an experimental dublin and a message that there are a  few outside the panel who should be there. very surprised with the win and the issue will be , will they continue with this team or play the front liners who return next sat morn.
hard to know where offaly go from this. dublin are about 7th/8th best in the country, but dublin's full whack would put 15 points on offaly. they should be thankful they don;t play tyrone or kerry too often. hard to know whats gone wrong there, over the last few years. disintergrated completely.

A woeful, dinosaur managerial appointment in the autumn can't have help their case
