Noticed a couple more Antrim men. Murray didn't quite cut it. If only they'd asked him to jump. Jaysus, he can jump.

He sort of slipped up there. He should've jumped anyway and just kept jumping throughout the ordeal, even when watching the video thing.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

INDIANA

In fairness hardstation he's irreplaceable. An absolutely monumental loss of martin clarke proportions. I think he'll make it out there.

i think there is differences in the length of the circuit.
Most are 20 Metres, some 15 metres,
Theres a 40 metre bleep test that i know,of,obviously its a faster pace at the start.
Just looked it up,its called the Birthwell Shuttle test.

A good score on the beep test is above 15.

The beep test is used at the AFL draft camp each year. The AFL invites 150-200 of the brightest 17-18 year olds to the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra each year and put them through a lot of physical tests. All the clubs send their list managers and recruiters to observe and are permitted to interview the attendees and their families. Most AFL clubs also use the beep test to track their players fitness levels in the preseason.
