Not sure about that one.First I heard about it was on this thread.
That's not to say it didn't happen of course.

As I was the one who mentioned it I will say again it definitely did happen although it was more of a WWE clothesline than a punch. It did not look to be of great force but was undoubtedly an attempt to get a reaction. A Galway player reading too many threads on Gaaboard maybe! ;D

I watched the penalty incident on Sunday game and feel the only chance it was a foul is if Clarke was pushed as he tried to lay the ball off. It would have been soft and as they didn't show it again and I did not record it I will have to assume the referee was right on that occasion.

Just saw the highlights on TV there for the first time.
There's a few cribbing about the penalty decision.
As I said previously I was down towards the other end of the ground so I didn't get a good view of it at the time but having seen the TV footage of the incident there - not in a million years was that a penalty.

I was at the end where it happened and I didn't think it was a penalty. Couldn't be arsed watching it again on TV - I feel I've seen the match twice anyway having been at the Donegal game.  :-\

I didn't have much of a view from the stand but on TSG it didn't look like a penalty.

I and a couple of others mentioned the punch on Flynn near the end where it all got scrappy and pushing/shoving etc. Was there a pre throw in one also?

I'm not a Cross man although I can some times get cross! Armagh over achieved last year, McGeeney is only in his first term and deserves a little time. Aaron Kernan retired too soon, and I say it again the best team in the county is under represented. Why Tony Kernan didn't start given the lack of a free taker amazes me. But lets see how Division 2 pans out. I can't see any of the Mac's going in beside Geezer but you never know. Sad to see the baiting between Galway and Armagh fans...not helped by them aul Tyrone Trolls though.
