In spain now.. Ohhh lorrrrd

Now in Letterkenny. Holy f**k.
False alarm but it shows just how easy this horrible desease could spread world wide in a matter of hours. The world health organisation are doing what they can. But what can you do? Cant jail people for being sick.

Jail no, but every county on earth has legislation for the isolation of persons that may be a threat to public health.
If at first you don't succeed, then goto Plan B

Just imagine if this had tested positive.. Symtoms dont show for 5 to 21 days. A plane load of people in blind panic.. Baggage handlers.. Airport staff.. Cabin crew who would have had contact and then the passengers they had contact with maybe half a dozen cross channel flights, hundreds of people! Thousands of potential cases in a matter of hours standing at the border with jeyes fluid wont work

It's not an airborne virus. It requires fairly close contact to spread. Just sitting on an airplane wouldn't spread it.

Hardy

I think you need to calm down and read up on the transmission mechanism for ebola.

I know body fluids sneezing will do it. Sweat as well. Urine.. Blood the lungs can bleed.. Blood coughed up.. You'd be happy enough sittin beside a victom?

Unless he peed or vomited or spat on me I'd probably be OK. It doesn't spread by sneezing or coughing.
