Does anyone know what happens if you do a lucky 15 and you have 2 non runners?

A lucky 3? Two singles and a double. Presumably all the other doubles, trebles and the fourfold accum that include the NRs become singles or doubles as well though. Check out the bet calculator on Paddy Power (http://betcalculator.paddypower.com/index.php?bet=Lucky15&number=5)) and select NR in the P/L column.

Had C Tevez @ 7/2 for first goal scorer with PP. I know Ladbrokes would have trebled the odds with Tevez scoring a hat-trick. Does PP not do the same?

No don't think so.Don't think LadBROKES do it either.Not in Cavan anyway. Boyles and a few local bookies seem to be the only ones doing it.
Online bets don't count either.

Not sure if that's true. Think some selected PP shops have that offer. Don't think it applies to their on line betting either.
