Meath love taking the ball into the corners and then  go around in circles until someone has a potshot. I've no idea what the f**k that's all about.

in 10 mins Donegal have kicked more direct ball into McBrearty than Meath have kicked into their full forwards.

Football has changed lads.

Thankfully we've been spared his inevitable appearance on Up for the Match.

Christ Almighty... I know it's not over yet, but when's the last time we've had a winning margin like this in a semi final?

Quote from: The Trap on July 13, 2025, 05:20:17 PMBut Meath have had a great year lol. Beat Dublin but didn't knock them out. Beat Kerry but didn't knock them out. Beat by Louth in Leinster final. Finished nearer the bottom of Divison 2. But they did have a good win against Galway!

Finished 3rd in Div 2 were on course for promotion but lost their last two games.  Monaghan by 9 points and Louth by 5 points.

Why they didn't get promoted or beat Louth in the Leinster final is seen today.  As for Donegal like they did against Monaghan they have been superb 2nd half.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

If ever there was a case for allowing the Manager to tell the ref to blow it up.

2020 was the first year I thought of, given the unusual Covid structure where Cavan and Tipp went straight to semis against Dublin and Mayo - but having checked, margins in those games were 15 and 13 pts. This sort of gap is very unusual for this stage of the competition

Would Meath have won Ulster?

No.

No doubt the two best teams in the country are into the All Ireland.  Disappointing non competitive Semi final FT Donegal 3-26 Meath 0-15

How in the name of God did that Meath team get to an AI semi final? It shows their results against Kerry, Dublin and Galway were flukes.

Woeful stuff.

I noticed there that Donegal are wearing the gps trackers and Meath are not. Shows the difference between the two set ups.

Very disappointing for the neutral today. Reality check for Meath.
