Anyone on any of the cancelled flights of late and get a refund from easyjet?

I've filled in all the forms etc but have got no reply.

If you phone them and go through the options to get a refund they then tell you to use the web-site.

There doesn't appear any tracking mechanism to see what is happening with it.

Cheers mayoman.

I have no patience or faith.

Or no acknowledgement that I sent a request for a refund...

i was on to them straight away about a flight cancelled on the 16th. sent me an email asking to be patient on the 19th or 20th and received another one a few days ago saying would be refunded shortly.

Not heard anything back from BMI yet though, so would be interested if anyone knows about them

I've domestic flights booked next spring, received an email today saying flight changed from 3.30 to 1.40 which really doesn't suit, I went to change to a later time instead and the dirtbags trying to charge me £25 pps for the pleasure. I'm assuming if I contact tcustomer services they'll change without charge?? How big of c***ts are they? I've had no bad experiences with easyjet to date tbf.

I had flights cancelled then re booked. When they were cancelled a second time i asked for a refund and got it within 2-3 weeks (I think). Was two years ago

I had flights booked for the summer with Easyjet costing £50. But I have to cancel, and my options appear to be:
1) Change the flights online and pay additional £150
2) Don't bother changing the flights, and just book new flights, which also works out about £150
3) Don't go, and the Easyjet plane takes off with an empty seat

There does not appear to be an option to cancel the original flights.

Is a refund from Easyjet as hard to get as a full Leitrim squad for the league?

Given they cost 50 quid, I imagine they were the cheapest tier possible, which doesn't include cancellation.

I'd a lad in there today saying he thinks the Russians have targeted that Electric station that has brought Heathrow to a standstill  ;)
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

I had an issue with being over charged for the size of my hand luggage a few years ago and when e-mailed complaint they asked me to send a photo of the bag which I did and they gave me a voucher rather than a refund. Jobsworth charged me an extra £48 quid on way over to Amsterdam from Belfast and then I booked the bag on for return flight as was cheaper and sods law didn't look at it on the way back after paid for it.

Might be different for cancelled flights hopefully refund rather than voucher.

You have as much chance of Leitrim winning the Sam than getting a refund (unless you have a felxible ticket)

Best just booking new flights if the price of changing is the same

TBF, the last news bulletin said counter-terrorism police are on the scene now so sounds like someone has been up to no good.

It's been the counter terrorism bucks since early doors.
