The winners will be appreciative of having played Saturday given that they are out against Dublin, Kerry, Donegal or Armagh the following weekend, two of those games likely on the Saturday. However, I doubt Kevin McStay will be too happy as that game against Dublin will have been draining. It's peculiar that Louth v Cork is Sunday, and not Mayo v Derry.

Rossfan

Cork hurley crowd playing Saturday.
Play the game and play it fairly
Play the game like Dermot Earley.

All to suit Tailteann Cup games on Sunday 🤣
They have to show they are taking the Intermediate championship seriously. If the Senior and Intermediate games has clashed there would have been moaning about lack of respect and shoehorning games in.

How does that work with games overlapping? Does one payment cover all games?

Season pass will cover all games, otherwise you pay for games individually.

Bit of an OG overlapping those games.. you'd think be in GAA's interest to give people chance to see full coverage of every game.

QuoteGalway v Monaghan, Pearse Stadium, 4pm, GAAGO
Tyrone v Roscommon, O'Neills Healy Park, 5pm, GAAGO
Mayo v Derry, Hastings Insurance MacHale Park, 6.30pm, GAAGO

Mayo v Derry at 2pm would have been a much more sensible time

Tyrone v Roscommon

Louth v Cork

Mayo v Derry

I wouldn't write off Monaghan or Roscommon, both could prove tricky. Cork v Louth should be very tight and very hard to see Derry troubling Mayo.

You would expect Derry to have a significantly greater chance than either of those 2. Monaghan on current form should be beat by 5 or 6 at least. Tyrone are TBD really so while I do think they will win by 5 or 6 I wouldn't be shocked if it were very close either.

Derry are just an unknown. Not sure on Mayo's consistency either. It could go any way.

I'd like to see Louth beat Cork.

Unknown? We've seen them play 4 Championship games and theyve lost 3 of them. Their one win was against an okay/average Westmeath team and even still they didnt get it easy. Id say we know plenty about Derry.

You don't go from a good to a bad team overnight l there might be some fight in them now it is actual knockout. Might I say...

Derry appear to be the team that went from good to bad overnight.
