lol you lot are laughable....few of you seem to have been at the game, so don't know what happened, yet want the Moortown man named and shamed.

I can tell you that McMahon started the row between the two players and hit his marker a dig, he then realised he messed with the wrong man.

I really hope Joe is ok, but lets not pretend he in whiter than white!

Don't know what there is to laugh about. The truth will always come out especially this time given the profile. The above is a load of cr@p and no doubt will be proven. The so called 'row' constituted of a single punch. The assailant (legal speak required!) felled the injured party from behind. Didn't take too many people too long to work out who it was when his assailant was right beside him. Agree on not naming the assailant but at the time the individual's identify was known and now subsequently the assailant's name!!

Now that the County Board will be conducting a full investigation, will the Moortown club internally discipline the assailant? Will the Moortown club be seen to be taking a stand in saying this thuggish behavior is not tolerated in 'our club'? Will the assailant play this weekend against Dromore when the injured party has his jaw wired up and can only take liquid foods? Hopefully the County Board will pursue this investigation with the same vigour as on-field incidents last year in which no player was hospitalized or injured.

What is the precedent or accepted punishment if a club's player breaks an opponent's jaw off the ball with the ball at the other end of the field? Should the club be banned from playing home games for the remainder of the year? I don't believe the club should suffer as the result of one player's actions (in a game in which there were no other incidents), however if the club don't put forward the assailant's name then what options are left to the County Board to reprimand (punish) the assailant? Could be wrong but think a Drumragh player recently took up a court case from a broken jaw received in league game

Will not comment any further on this case. No doubt 'jimmylong' will continue to spawn lies and try to distort the facts. More importantly hope Joe is on the recovery road now and that he suffers no setbacks in getting back to his daily routine.

A former Beragh player/manager got his jaw broke in a game against Urney in an off the ball inciden a number of years ago. He took the assaliant to court and won damages. I heard a figure in terms of money but not sure how true it was.

Has the Moortown player been named? I thought it was common knowledge. I heard that night after the game.

I dont think Dooher at 36 is hanging about as part of a development squad. I do agree that Tyrone consistently are no longer in the top 6 or 8 favourites.

Theres word that Dooher will be on the management set up next season. Being groomed to take over the reins.

Heard on news there that Jedward made close to £3million last year. I actually don't mind them. Seen their OMG! Its Jedward show that was on ITV2 and they are stupidly funny if you know what I mean.
They do any public appearances for £25,000.

What age are you?

What does that matter?
What age do you think I am?
What age are you?

I am rubber and you are glue....

I wonder what they get for doing Celebrity juice? At least they don't seem to take themselves too seriously, but there's no real talent in them but I suppose it is the era of the Katy Price type celeB.

I would imagine they would have done all them segments for Celebrity Juice on the one day thus only one real fee would of been payable. I would estimate at £100,000 for the whole series.

I liked the part of your comment in bold.

tbf internet moderator must be a real hassle. In saying that I have seen it advertised as a paid job. Would be a nice wee side lifter on top of your usual wages.

No basically there was an arguement about the positioning of a thread (it should of been in general section but was in the GAA section). It got heated. Real heated. I never really understood the scenerio until it was all deleted. The moderator posted a message telling people to basically wise up. And this is where we are at now.

Some posters think they are the sun when they need to realise the moderators are sirius.

I would get a new payroll program :) Seriously though - we have processed almost 40 year ends this morning with no hitches (touch wood) so keep trying you should get through eventually

Got onto them after the opening post rant and they have received our year end returns but and they will send out a confirmation in next 24 hours. Have went ahead and completed year end. Cleared values and started week 1 wages.

Different in industry than it is in practice mate. You are probably running off Sage Payroll in an Accountants Office. I am working in a company and the payroll is linked to our accounting system as well as our Bill Of Materials and Cost planners. Not as simple as change payroll, it would be a case of change whole accounting operations in order to allow for problems on the side of HMRC!

You should have tested for this when you rolled out your payroll software ;)

No, No your wrong there. Since we have been operating this system for the last few years with no problems, it is clearly the problem of HMRC. I am glad they took my advice and sorted it out.
