Think the winners of the Ardboe/Glen match will go on and win the tournament. The match shows what's so great about this tournament, two great teams. Glen will be favourites no doubt but it will be a match of Glens size and style vs Ardboes grit and determination.

As long as there wasn't any barrels thrown towards the players... Assan were missing 5 players, 3 county Minors. County u21 Division 1 final was last Sunday.

Strange that the County board wouldn't change it, but then again nothing is a surprise with the current County board.

With a amalgamated team yous have the selection of a vast number of players, so I have no pity. It's the club that only have 20 something player and play at the top level deserve the credit

Just seen the two match reports in the Irish news to summarise glen strolled through and never really got any test good job from there keeper ciaran McCoy on a penalty save early on, Ryan Dougan with a MoM performance and full forward Conor Convery with two goals to his name. In the other affair Ardboe looked like strolling to a victory themselves with MoM Michael Cassidy on fine form scoring 2-4 and a class apart with the ball in hand, and at the back Keeper Conor Quinn deserving much of the credit pulling of a few splendid saves. With Ardboe looking good for their lead the Cavan lads pulled it back but the LoughShore lads just did enough to squeeze through with a late Winner from Michael Lynn

Glen looked a classy outfit in the match no doubt about it, I can only see them easing past a young warrenpoint side. The only way I could see this glen side being beat now is if Ardboe can play and sustain the way the played at the start of their 1/4 final.
