Paudie got sent off for bands to the face same as the Stewartstown full back, can't complain although both done very little letter of the law it's a red.

On a separate issue, disgrace what he said in his speech and as a suspended player you are not allowed to take part in any proceeding for the rest of the game, this he should not have been lifting the trophy (I know it's stupid but again that is the letter of the law). Surely this will lead to a bigger suspension???

McKeevers good but MFC quality is top class.
Have to agree, streets ahead for quality and service, O'Neills fitting has become brutal

2nd date lol...looking something nice but not too pretentious.  Thinking along lines of Pizza/Italian food
Amici on Lisburn Road is a great wee spot, intimate wee booths, great food and very reasonable.

Maggie F should have her whistle stripped and never handed back..

God awful today, and that's from a down man. Pulled donegal back instead of playing on.

Fussy fussy fussy.
As a neutral watching it on the Ulster GAA TV I thought she was excellent, let the game flow very well, didn't give any soft frees and generally kept a low profile and let the players play. The incident you refer to was maybe a bit quick to blow, but all the Down players stopped and the Donegal man ran on and scored without anyone trying to stop him, would only have been a point anyway as Down had plenty back.

Anyone ever been to Duinrell in Holland on a family holiday? Any info appreciated
Have been there about 16 years ago, really good site then and I am sure it has improved since then.  Obviously weather not guaranteed but the site has everything you need with the pool complex and small theme park, football competitions etc There wasn't much about the nearby town though, site is about 1 hour from Amsterdam which you can get to by train I think if u need to go there although kids would t enjoy Amsterdam

The commentators touched on it a bit at the end of the Kilmacud game but it is obviously a clear tactic of Kilmacud forwards to foul once they lose the ball to break the play and give their defence and back tracking forwards time to get back to cover. It must have happened at least 15 times today and is a constant tactic from them, but the media will overlook it as they are all great fella's. Tactical fouling at its best, hopefully the ref in the final can clamp on it for Glen's sake. Should be a great game, Walsh quiet today but can win the game on his own if not well marked, as an Ulster man would love Glen to win but fancy Kilmacud are just too cute and will get over the line

What porter do today. Glen should of won that game by more

Porter
Probably pointed out how Gough was being very sore on Glen I imagine and it didn't go down well. Gough is prob the best ref in the country but seemed to take a dislike to Glen today for some reason and gave a few dodgy decisions in the Galway direction

Any recommendations for a eurocamp/ lodge type resort. Open to anywhere as long as it's warm with good pool /water park and reasonably priced. For 3 kids, 3, 6, 10.

Was looking at sanguli in Spain which I've heard is good.
Les as all a in Portiragnes in South East France is a great spot, been there 4 times and will be going back even though kids are too old now, lot better value, cleaner, better food etc that Sanguli or Cambrils (have been to both), great pool complex, beside the beach etc. Great water park €10 taxi ride away. Book directly with the site to get the best mobiles, Eurocamp very hit and miss in my experience.

Looks good, where do you fly in and out of?
Plenty of choices all about 1 hour drive away, Ryanair do a new one to Nimes which is cheap, can also go Carcassone, Bezier or Perpignan

Oh for goodness sake, my children have both travelled before - the 10 month old has already been to Lisbon, the Alps and Lake Garda, and we survived.  The 2 year old didn't get to go to Lisbon, but she's done the Alps twice.  The kids might not remember it, but doesn't mean our memories of visiting these places aren't good, and therefore not a waste of time for us.  Well, apart from the Eurocamp one in Lake Garda.  Definitely too young for a caravan holiday.  Should have stayed in a hotel.

Both sets of grandparents are well into their 70s and not capable of taking two of them (or even one each), and I certainly wouldn't land it on them.
Totally agree, brought our children for a 2 week holiday every year and they and us loved it. Too many parents fuss too much with and about their children, should be a pleasure to have them with you and bring them up. Mine are past it now (although they would still take the free holiday if we let them) but I definitely never regretted bringing them at the time. Great family memories made

Add Ben Armstrong Killyclogher to the subs list.
Couldn't be serious? Is he even a starter on a full KC team?

Any advice, recently moved into a new rental property and behind the grate of the fire the previous occupants have bits of block/brick in there. When going to clear the fire out the Ashes are still smoldering hot as well as the bricks.

I was thinking of removing the blocks to allow the Ashes to cool down a bit quicker but wanted to ask was this a bad idea or are the bricks serving another purpose?

Any help would be appreciated if
A lot of older fireplaces are shaped different than new ones (older ones go further back so are deeper) and it can hard to get grates to fit so sometimes you have to use fire bricks to make the new type grates fit, that's what I have to do anyway

Bricks keep heat but I'd be amazed if someone used this method to keep heat? Make sure they aren't hiding any holes.
