I see the President and Vice president want to change the 14th amendment i.e. if you are born in the USA, ypu are an American citizen.  Would this open attempts to change the 2nd amendment.  Would this affect any posters over in America?

One thing you can pretty much guarantee - there are more twists left in this story yet.

Like GJL and balladmaker above, I was chatting to someone yesterday and we both agreed a deal is done. EU and UK are stringing it out until the budget is done and then throw the DUP under the bus. And yes, the DUP know it. You can tell by their body language in recent days.

As for your summation Franko about a deal being done and scuppered at the last minute. Teresa and the EU tried to slip it pass the DUP last December in the early hours of the morning. This time they have a tactic and the DUP are caught.

Brexit is happening, but the hard border is shifting from Ireland to the Irish Sea.

That's the end of Theresa May as Tory leader and PM so. And the end of their government.

Make no difference if Theresa, unless the entire government does. Fingers crossed.

I have a fairly relaxed relationship with alcohol. No real dependancy or need for it. Have a few when I am out at the weekends, which isn't that often anymore. Sometimes go a few months without a drink. Two weeks since my last.

However, there have been periods, when things have been stressed in my life, where I will turn to drink and have a mad session. The last time was September '17. I had a lot going on in my head and couldn't deal with it. Made a real cod of myself. Since then, I've decided it was happening too often, so made a decision to not drink when under stress. So I now read anxiety books, when things get on top of me.

From January 2019, I am going to cut out drink completely. The last time I did that, I was off drink for 2 and 1/2 years. Hopefully match that and longer.

What anxiety books would they be? As already stated, stress is the cause of my seizures.

Currently reading "How to survive the end of the world" by Aaron Gillies. Currently back at college part-time, doing a Level 4 Counselling course.
