Lets hope errigal win tomorrow evening. A mercenary like Cassidy deserves no success.

However, McGinley has been advised by medics not to participate in his club, Errigal Ciaran's clash with Clones on Thursday evening.

This news could swing the tie in Clonoe's favour.

I'll believe it when i see it, remember the errigal PR machine,we are now seeing it at its best.

Cluain Eo v Aireagal ChiarĂ¡in @ Carrickmore 8.15pm

Errigal are the ewquivalent of a GAA PLC - Information is leaked to the press through chatboards etc in the week up to the big game - all to establish competitive advantage for one reason or another.  Errigal Spin is already rife about injury.  Clonoe must put that out of their mind to take Errigal this year.  When any other player in a club team gets injured clubs dont shout about it in the week before a big match - Errigals injuries tend to be the worst , the most devastating and the most talked about in the county  - then they just beat you with one of their many replacements.  I just think that Clonoe would probably deserve to take Errigal but that Errigal will be harder, faster fitter and can influence the referee that little bit more.

Very good  :D :D :D

We are disgusted by the referee appointment. It is well known that the ref is a big mate of Tiffy Quinns and frequents Tiffy's bar in Ballygawley. Perhaps he will do it fairly but the county board have placed the ref in a very difficult position, but interestly the ref did not decline to take the match >:( >:( >:(

I fear that on current form and with the growing injury list we will exit the championship early this year. Clonoe by 2 or 3 points. :-\

He played a half last Friday night and was taken off throwing up at half time. This was 2 weeks after he got the knock. He would need to be carefull. You health is your wealth :-\

Does that fiddle get bigger EC. You should be a PR consultant. Anymore stories you want to spin. Everyone together, lets cry a river.

Lads championship football is on our doorstep. Any of you super duper hero poster wish to kick the ball off, so to speak, on who will be the big winners and loosers after next weekend.

We are up against Errigal and as underdogs we will give it a good rattle. Hard to see us up setting championship specialsits that Errigal are, but hope we show well. After getting promotion last season, alls we are looking for is a performance that will give us hope and to keep our develop going strong under our current manager.

Don't understand why all clubs did not participate in the league cup. Due to the draw on Sunday there is another round on Friday night. This surely has to be better than training or a challenge match. The competion is serving its purpose and ensuring that we have games

we played Coalisland about 6 weeks agao in the league in Clonoe. There was 1000 paying adults at the gate and then the kids after that. A big crowd for a league game

Good result again for last night considering we were down a number of quality players. Omagh are good, big team. Justin Mc Mahon played the second half of that match. I did not realise he was that tall, a big man. Its a big break now. Kiddo have you any idea of when the next league game might possibility be?

Fair play to him, he will be playing for Clonoe for the rest of his life and one summer wont make a difference though it may affect damien cassidys chances to mount a good championship challenge.
What are expectations on cassidy around clonoe - what expectations have the club set for him to jusitfy his expenses

with your best players going away before the championship what expectations would you have. Its hard enough to win with all your players. We have to look at our players and ask them the questions. I can only guess if our club had of known that a players of his ability was going they might not have went for Cassidy. Whats wromng with going to down under from November to April. Am I that far removed from my thinking!!! ???

If we were out of the championship, no problem. I guess that the difference between Carrickmore, Errigal and the rest over the past 15 years. They have loyality to their club and explains why they are always at the business end of the championship year in and year out. None of their main players going away. Lets face it anybody can go any where now, it will not cost you a fortune. Sorry don't I don't buy it. To have a winning mentality in football, your football comes first.

Loughshore this is about Clonoe and getting all our players committed. It would not matter who the manager is or is not, we cannot change our players, but the players attitude can change to take us to that next level and that is what disappoints me most is that we have the players but it is this type of attitude that lets us down each year.

Shane O'Hagan has went to America, leaving today. Very disappointed with him for leaving the club at this time when we seem to making real genuine progress under Cassidy. I heard that Cassidy is completely disgusted and cannot understand the mentality whereby nothing gets in the way of playing for the club in the championship. He has let alot of people in Clonoe down.

We had a big win last night against K'clogher. In the second half we cut through them like a hot knife going through butter. They scored 3 pts in the last 47 minutes of the game. They were piss poor. When is our bubble going to burst...perhaps Sunday against Arboe!!! ;)

Clonoe are flying. They have tanked Loughmacrory and Killyclogher and beaten Coalisland. Ardboe have just scraped past Aghayarn, Omagh, Donaghmore and Loughmacrory. Its hard to see Ardboe being fit to handle the Rahilly's.

You couldn't be up to ya for trying it on, cute hoors those lough shore men :D
